Film and Television

A Michael Jackson biopic is in the works at Lionsgate. The King of Pop will be played by Jaafar Jackson — Michael's nephew.

It already faces criticism.

The director of Leaving Neverland, Dan Reed, wrote in The Guardian that the film "will glorify a man who raped children."
